The scooter comes with a 24-month warranty and the battery with a 12-month warranty.

Yes. We cooperate with a certified recycling partner in Germany. Old or defective batteries can be returned free of charge to selected collection points. Alternatively, we will send you a prepaid return box for a battery replacement.
