Contact us nowYour LiBelli LOUIS will be delivered to your door by freight forwarder. This is free of charge, of course. Getting started requires only a few simple steps. All you need is a screwdriver.
Charging the battery to 100% costs €2.60 (at €0.3/kWh) and will give you a range of 150 km.
100 km will cost you 1.73 euros.
The e-scooter can be serviced at authorized partner workshops. You can find a workshop list on our website.
If your scooter is defective, you can reach our German customer service by phone, email, or chat on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Depending on the case, we will send you replacement parts, offer repairs through our partner workshops, or pick up the scooter for repair free of charge. The scooter comes with a 24-month warranty and the battery with a 12-month warranty.
Yes. We cooperate with a certified recycling partner in Germany. Old or defective batteries can be returned free of charge to selected collection points. Alternatively, we will send you a prepaid return box for a battery replacement.
A full charge on a standard household socket takes 4.5 hours.
